My mom recently read where if you eat a little of dark chocolate every day it also helps regulate your blood pressure. She tried it as she has a hard time paying for her blood pressure medicine and it's worked so far.

I've also heard something about garlic tablets, I'm not sure though.

Though, nothing can really take the place of being monitored by a health professional, rather it be a medical doctor or an alternative medicine specialist.
